People detained or arrested by ICE as a result of a Flock lookup

set aside as
NOT FOUND
the researcher's note
People detained or arrested by ICE as a result of a Flock lookup. The 4,000-plus immigration-reason lookups (already in the ledger) and the University of Washington count of Border Patrol searches count searches, not people; no source counts the people arrested from them. San Francisco's own audit found at least nineteen searches labelled "ICE Fugitive" or "Assist ICE". This is the single largest gap in half A.
