ALPR stalking beyond the tally

set aside as

EXCLUDED BY ATTRIBUTION

the researcher's note

ALPR stalking beyond the tally. Individual case counts are searches, not victims: an Orange City, Florida officer ran his ex-girlfriend's plate at least 69 times, her mother's 24 and her father's 15; a Haines City officer searched his estranged wife's car more than 700 times; a former deputy looked up an ex-girlfriend's plate more than 2,000 times. Lookups do not band, so the case count carries the entry instead.
