Illinois SoS Flock audit

set aside as
NOT FOUND
the researcher's note
Illinois SoS Flock audit — the audit's own tallies. The 25 Aug 2025 release quantifies only a sample of 12 agencies, finding Flock let CBP reach Illinois cameras. The only search count in the Secretary's own documents is the 12 June release: 262 immigration-related searches in Mount Prospect, 14 Jan–30 Apr 2025. Searches are not people.
